Gëngî-yoza Dêtîkè (/ˈvɘp˔ɘ/ /ˈjoza/ [external] [balcony; porch; terrace]) is a subtropical Town located in the Ëradîvë Zone of the Union of Engineers.
The name Gëngî-yoza Dêtîkè is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Gëngî-yoza Dêtîkè was founded by Common Eurypterids Trthêyepî, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Gëngî-yoza Dêtîkè has a yearly average temperature of 21°C (69°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a pleasant 24°C (75°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 19°C (66°F). Gëngî-yoza Dêtîkè receives an average of 133 cm/y (52 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the spring. Gëngî-yoza Dêtîkè covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 7712 m (-17647 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Gëngî-yoza Dêtîkè was founded durring the late 13th century in spring of the year 1157, by Common Eurypterids Trthêyepî. The establishment of Gëngî-yoza Dêtîkè was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Common Eurypterids Trthêyepî struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Gëngî-yoza Dêtîkè as a prison colony.
Gëngî-yoza Dêtîkè was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Gëngî-yoza Dêtîkè is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature delicute timber framework hidden behind layer upon layer of finly ground plaster bleached to an almost glossy white sheen, with green clay tiled roofs and decorative brass-leafed trim. Even the smallest, poorest looking structures appear to be expencive thanks to the extreem elegence of the organic shapes and paterns going into their lofty, spire-y, vagly gothic designs. The more well off folks live in identicle homes, save for even shiner trim and a more whimsical appearance to their structures flowing forms.
Gëngî-yoza Dêtîkè is buildings are arranged arrounded highly ordered system of premissive packed earth streets which form hexical paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town is protected by a renforced stone fence which sits atop earthwork defences, for some of the best inexpencive defences a town of Gëngî-yoza Dêtîkè's size could have. Gëngî-yoza Dêtîkè's well-designed, yet cheep are in an unremarkable state. To some, this is the ideal sate for defences to be in. In need of absoutly nothing, and ready to serve the town as needed.
The town shows nothing out of the ordinary, at first glance. Then you start to notice all the small things. Each window has seven iron nails pounded into the sill. Every door has a sprig of holly overhead. Every well is branded with purity seals and runes to ward the contents. Everyone is carrying a small charm for safety or fortune, be it a rabbit’s foot, a horseshoe, or other little totems.

Cultural Notes
Gëngî-yoza Dêtîkè's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is famous for its stately symmetry, classical elements, and grand appearance. Columns and pillars, such as Corinthian columns, are often seen supporting open structures or porticos. Symmetry is an important feature of this style, with each half of a building mirroring the other. Domed ceilings and windows grace these buildings, with everything placed in a mathematical arrangement.
